If you have ordered digital/hard goods/subscription/service from Shri Bindu Madhav, Kashi and are unhappy with the product/service received, you will be eligible for cancellation, exchange or refund/partial refund if requested within 15 days of the order placement date.

Cancellation Policy

Except for Digital goods/services, post order placement, you can request for cancellation of order within 10 days of order placement or before order status has been updated to “PUJA OFFERED” (earlier of the two).

Digital Goods / services are not eligible for cancellation post purchase.

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 10-day exchange / refund policy for Physical Shipments, which means you have 10 days after receiving your shipment to request a return. (Only defective, damaged or mis-shipment products are eligible for return or replacement)

You have to share images/videos of the shipment received along with reasons for replacement or refund.

If any discrepancy is found with respect to quantity or quality of the shipment promised at time of purchase and shipment actually received; you will be eligible for a Free-of-Cost replacement or even full/partial refund in selective cases.

In case when Full/Partial Refund is issued, it may take 3-7 business days for the refunded amount to be credited to your bank account.
